Don’t feel judged by this challenge. I believe there are things worth losing sleep over. I am willing to bet that there is a project, idea, or task that we have all been putting off because there is just not enough time in the day. I challenge you to wake up one hour early to accomplish something you never get a chance to, but you know you should. Some people will be able to simply adjust their alarm while others will need to DVR one more show and go to sleep an hour earlier. Many of us make this adjustment twice a year anyway during daylight savings. Let’s do this for seven days and see if there is any impact on our sense of accomplishment.
