Disagreeing Well

A great team dynamic doesn’t need to agree all the time. They simply understand how to disagree and continue to work together. Ordinary teams take disagreements personally and are uncomfortable working with people who do not share their beliefs. The key is to understand that a disagreement never really defines a relationship. If it does, then that relationship was always going to be short term anyway. All it takes is for adults to agree that disagreeing doesn’t have to limit collaboration.
