Crazy Good

I am going to brag about my daughter, Daisy. We decided that she would need to experience what it takes to become great at something. She tried some sports like swimming and soccer but didn’t really like them enough to try hard. Then she picked up a violin. She liked it enough to enjoy practicing. She would wake up super early to get to school to practice with her friends and then stay late after school to take a private lesson. That’s a crazy expectation to put on a junior high student right? Practice, practice, practice. But she likes practicing. She doesn’t always like getting up early and staying late, but she enjoys the process of improvement. That’s the secret to being crazy good. You have to do something crazy to get to that level.
