Inclusive

Great teams work hard to be inclusive. Giving someone a well deserved seat at the table goes a long way in helping them feel like a part of the team. In fact, the best way to make someone feel alone is to exclude them from team conversations. People don’t always need to have their ideas executed if they are given the opportunity to collaborate with the team to help craft ideas. When people are just given the plan without any say in how to execute it, they are not part of the team. They feel used by the team.
