Crazy Math

It’s crazy to do something that challenges a long held belief. That belief unchallenged creates a status quo that seems firmly planted in time tested certainty. Teams outgrow past learnings the same way that students outgrow the need for numbers in a math equation. The first day the teacher writes letters on the board in a pre-algebra class she looks crazy. What is the crazy thing that challenges all that you have learned up until now? If we resist the crazy idea, we could be limiting our team to 6th grade math.
