Moving Forward

Great teams stay great because they operate in such a way that allows them to step on each other’s toes. They don’t walk on eggshells when they talk about what needs to be done. They are not overly critical and they don’t say things to assert their influence and authority over each other. They don’t play games because they are motivated for the team’s interests and not their own ego.
