All or Nothing

Great teammates understand that the good they have done is not unappreciated just because a flaw has been pointed out. That all or nothing attitude is a sign of someone that needs to improve their understanding of accountability. If I have to walk around on eggshells to have a conversation with someone about a needed improvement, then I have likely empowered someone above their maturity level.
