Pressure

When teams work together, there will be pressure-filled moments. It’s important for a team to learn how they perform under pressure so that they can deliver under those circumstances. Pressure changes the dynamic. It’s a variable that is difficult to prepare for. The heat of the battle can produce emotions that can either pull a team together or fracture their sense of unity. The way that people handle pressure is often the dividing line between the great teams and everyone else.
