Bad idea or bad timing?

What if the worst ideas we ever had were just ideas that we never developed? Ideas that didn’t work out can get a bad reputation. When someone wants to revisit it, we remember how bad the idea was and vow never to try it again because we have experiential proof that it just doesn’t work. Just because something didn’t work in one context, doesn’t mean that it was a bad idea. The timing could have been wrong. If timing was the issue, then the timing could be better now.
