Problems are in fact a problem. I have noticed that people on the team that feel stuck need acknowledgement before they can move on to solving the problem. When I fail to acknowledge the problems of teammates, I can come across as dismissive. A task that can be easily solved may not seem that way to someone who has never solved it before. The good news is that they are about to gain the experience that will give them the confidence they need, but at this moment the problem they are facing may seem like a difficult situation. We must remember that it felt that way for us too and acknowledge the struggle.
