Every problem comes with an opportunity to learn. Lifelong learners make the best teammates because they see problems differently from those that are coasting through the week, trying to get to Friday as easily as possible. People like to say that they are lifelong learners, but that is proved by how they see the problems they have to solve. People that are actually done learning see problems as nothing more than an obstacle to an easy path to the weekend. Lifelong learners see past the weekend and view the problem as an opportunity on the longer path to experience and wisdom. The key to problem solving is seeing our project partly as education rather than just a job to complete.
