Walls are inevitable in our team pursuits. Constant progress isn’t always sustainable or healthy. What we do when we hit a wall says a lot about our team. We can stubbornly scratch at a wall and waste a lot of time. We could quit and accept that our goal was too lofty. We could claim that the world system we live in is against my team and therefore complain about an unfair disadvantage. We could go around the wall. We could look for a ladder. The options are numerous. The choices made at this point separates the great teams from the ordinary ones.
