Great teams take care of each other. We are at our best when we know that others have our back. We are most aware that others have our back on our worst days. Do people notice when I am down? Do they say something when they notice? Do they expect me to just power through? Do they ask about the wellbeing of my family? Care requires intention and great teams are intentional to ask the questions that never allow a teammate to feel like they have to do life alone. When we see someone lagging behind for any reason, it is the team’s responsibility to take a moment and help their teammate along.
