Attitudes begin in the heart and mind.

I want to make clear that when I talk about our heart and mind, I am talking about what I have learned by evaluating my own heart and mind. What I think about something and how I feel usually explains my attitude. I am not making a blanket judgement against anyone, but rather I am hoping to provide some helpful insight into what I discovered which were the core obstacles to my ability to build a great team: accepting limits, simplicity of sharing, and understanding talent.
