Interfering thoughts limit our trust and complicate the simple act of sharing. Sharing requires us to give something of what we have to another person. I believe that while money is the most visible indicator of the generosity of our heart, there are many more opportunities to demonstrate our generosity that often go unseen. Avoiding recruiting a team to share responsibility may have more to do with a lack of generosity than trust.
