Great teammates understand that their choices have an impact on the results that the entire team has to live with. Is that fair? Equal consequences for everyone based on the actions of the few? I guess it depends. When I benefit because a person makes a great play to win the game, I get a championship ring, and, as a result, I like equal consequences. On the other hand, when the team gets called for holding on a potentially game-winning play that results in a loss, I may not feel like equal is just. Great teammates take the good with the bad of being on a team.
