Organic is always more expensive…

I avoid the organic aisle in the store because I don’t like paying more for items that spoil faster. I know it’s a risk because according to the growing evidence on my social media feed, technology always has a negative effect on our health, but I’m not buying it (both literally and figuratively). I really don’t have that strong of an opinion on organic versus nonorganic, but it does serve to make the point that things left to chance come at a higher cost. Training and development do not happen as organically as we would like. Intentional training and development goes much farther than throwing people into positions to figure it out for themselves. Think about the wasted time in trial and error that could be saved through a simple training in the short term. Providing some intentional training will compound efficiency for future success.
