Rest

If a team doesn’t rest well, it hasn’t accepted its limits. Teams learn their limits when they push through efficient barriers. More is not better. Proper work schedules include rest to keep teams as close to optimum productivity and efficiency as possible. Work schedules that do not account for rest tend to start strong but never truly finish. This robs the team of hope and accomplishment.
