Perpetual Bad Days

It is true that bad days come and go but when a bad day turns into an attitude that lasts for a couple of months, something deeper might be going on. When the dynamic of a team changes, all the teammates may no longer fit in the new dynamic. This can happen incrementally and then suddenly be realized. There is no one point to look back on as the day everything changed. The culmination of many small changes over time may affect the fit of a teammate on the team. If this is the case, it’s good to acknowledge that the team goals are no longer what that person signed up for. An opportunity to either re-up or transition off the team should then be offered.
